Not really a very interesting subject for the alphabet, but a politically incorrect term. I guess it should be 'maintenence access' or something like that. Also has a rude double meaning.

Yes, and the substitution of 'maintenance cover' or similar for 'manhole cover' is often quoted. See for instance a little essay I'm in the middle of writing.

Since it's such a well-known example it should really be included, and it's easy to draw too!

As you'll have guessed, I'm very much the innocent, so I had to check what rude double meaning 'Manhole' might have. And surprise surprise, it has two, both a masculine and a feminine form.
